Product Description
1.1 320*240 resolution, COB process dot matrix LCD module, the product comes with PCB board, LED backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 Built-in 240 rows and 320 columns LCD driver chip, no control chip, can be connected to external LCD control chip RA8835, programmers compile Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V/3.3V two power supply modes, no backlight current within 20mA, backlight current within 200mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN6, PIN7, PIN15, PIN16.

The module has built-in M signal.

One screen displays 20 characters x 15 rows (16x16 dot matrix)
