1.1 320*240 resolution, C0G process dot matrix LCD module, product with PCB board, LED backlight, FPC connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses RA8806, chip built-in 512 bytes character library ROM (CGROM), simplified or traditional Chinese character library and ASCI font ROM chip selection.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V/3.3V two power supply modes, no backlight current within 15mA, backlight current within 180mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN19, PIN20.

Two mixed display modes of drawing and text.
Dual layer mixed display.
Support 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees text rotation display.
Support 4 grayscale display modes, text self-reverse, bold text, 1x to 4x text magnification.

Single picture ≦ 320x240 dot matrix.
Built-in VEE positive voltage output, V0 and VEE are disconnected when the module contrast is fixed.
