1.1 320*240 resolution, C0B process dot matrix LCD module, product with PCB board, LED backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses RA8806, chip built-in 512-byte character library ROM (CGROM), simplified or traditional Chinese character library and ASCII font ROM chip selection.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V/3.3V two power modes, no backlight current within 20mA, backlight current within 200mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN21, PIN22.
