Product Description
1.1 C0B process, the product comes with PCB board, backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses RA8806, the chip has a built-in 512-byte character library ROM (CGROM), simplified or traditional Chinese character library and ASCII font ROM chip selection.
1.3 Low power consumption, there are two power supply modes of 5V/3.3V, the current without backlight is within 20mA, and the current with backlight is within 180mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN2, PIN3, PIN21, PIN22.
