Product Description
1.1 COB process graphic LCD module, the product comes with PCB board, backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure.
1.2 IC uses LC7981, compatible with HD61830 chip, built-in character library ROM (CGROM), no Chinese character library, programmers compile Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, 5V power mode, no backlight current within 20mA, backlight current within 180mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN19, PIN20.

Supports graphic mode and character mode
Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): 192 characters
One screen displays 15 characters x 8 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
Single picture ≦240x128 dot matrix
Built-in negative voltage output (VEE), V0 and VEE are open when the module contrast is fixed.
