Product Description
1.1 C0G process, FPC is welded on PCB, the product has backlight, thin thickness and stable structure.
1.2 IC uses st75256, there is no font library in the chip, the programmer compiles the font library by himself, but 1-4Pin can add a font library chip to read data.
1.3 Low power consumption, only 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 3mA, backlight current within 100mA.
1.4 LED backlight A and K are welded on the PCB board, the structure is stable. LED can be driven by PIN5, PIN6, PIN7.
1.5 Product features:
Built-in display data RAM is 96x192 bits.
The module has built-in boost circuit.
The contrast is adjusted by software.
One screen displays 12 characters x 6 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
A single picture ≦192x96 dot matrix.
Optional 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing.
Rich functions:
4 grayscale display, interface display on/off, positive display/reverse display, read/modify/write.
