1.1 COB process, product with backlight, conductive tape connection, stable structure
1.2 IC uses st7920, two chip options for simplified Chinese character library or traditional Chinese character library.
1.3 Low power consumption, with two power modes of 5V/3.3V, no backlight current within 8mA, backlight current within 70mA.
1.4 LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16.

Built-in character library ROM (CGROM): a total of 8192 characters
Built-in half-width character ROM (HCGROM): a total of 126 alphabetic characters
Built-in drawing RAM (GDRAM): 64x256bit
Display 10 characters x 2 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
Single picture ≦160x32 dot matrix
Optional 3-wire SPI interface/8-bit parallel port interface/4-bit parallel port interface
V0 is disconnected when the contrast is fixed, and V0 can only be connected to the ground when the contrast is adjusted to 3.3V.
