1.21C uses st7567, there is no font library in the chip, programmers compile fonts by themselves.
1.3 Low power consumption, only 3.3V power mode, no backlight current within 1mA, backlight current within 80mA
1.4 LED backlight A and K are powered separately for PCB board and need to be soldered on PCB board.

Built-in display data RAM is 8192 bits
The boost circuit only needs 2 1uf capacitors.
Contrast is adjusted by software.
One screen displays 8 characters x 2 lines (16x16 dot matrix).
Single picture ≦128x32 dot matrix.
Optional 4-wire SPI interface or 8-bit parallel port 6800 timing or 8080 timing.
